Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Orders are shipped in Belgium and the Netherlands via Bpost or DHL. If you would like to place an order outside this area, please contact us so we can find an appropriate way to ship the order.
- The products are shipped as soon as possible. We do everything we can to get this sorted out within a week.
- The delivery time of personal and tailor-made products depends on the number of orders in progress. The delivery time discussed with the buyer.
- In the unlikely event that articles or products have a longer delivery time for whatever reason, the buyer will be notified by e-mail.
- Shipping costs:
Belgium:
- Small package (< 1kg) = € 8,42
- Large package (> 1kg) = € 13,55
The Netherlands:
- Small package (< 1kg) = € 13,96
- Large package (> 1kg) = € 20,57
World Wide:
We can ship worldwide, additional costs will be charged for this. Please contact us so that we can inform you correctly about the cost of shipping.
Pick up
You can also choose to pick up your order at DA'S GLAS in Turnhout. This is completely free of charge. We will then see together when it is possible to pick up the product.

Returns
Is the item you purchased not quite your thing? Then you can return it up to 14 days after purchase.

The returned items must be undamaged, in unused condition and in the original packaging.
The items that are returned to us according to the above conditions will be refunded within a period of 30 days. Shipping costs of the return are to be paid by the customer.

Important!
Products made to order cannot be returned. Because they are made to order, they can no longer be resold. If the product shows errors made during the production process, it can be returned. We will look together at what we can do about this. Please contact us first before returning the product.
All products are handmade and cannot be compared to factory glass. This also means that every vase, every glass, ... is unique and there will never be two identical shapes.
