Hima Project
The Hima (Ekyanzi) finds its roots in East Africa. Originally it was made from a dark wood and was preferably kept close to the fire. The jug also had a cap to keep vermin away from the contents. It is a pitcher that was used to collect milk during milking, to store, drink and serve milk.
In addition, the jug was also part of the dowry.
Oba Wedile Ente (If you come from the clan of the cows)
Because I think the shape of such a milk jug is beautiful, I have given them a new glass jacket.
